The buffet breakfast was solid, just wished there were more options, especially for my lactose-intolerant wife. Great location near eateries 😄 Too much waiting to be seated though. We enjoyed our stay!

Great room big bed really comfortable

The cute reception staff offered homemade honey shortbread, a sweet surprise. My room on the nineteenth floor was beautifully refurbished with luxurious amenities. The shower had excellent water pressure.

No major complaints.

We found the location to be really convenient - close proximity to Cavill Ave, the beach and within easy reach of the Broadbeach restauarants, shops and the Casino. The day spa associated with the hotel was fantastic - and the staff there lovely.

The bathroom in the room was a little dated - espcially since the rest of the room appeared to have undergone a soft refurbishment. But all the necessities were available so no real complaints.

Staff were friendly. Checking in was easy and quick.

At breakfast, we were told we could sit anywhere. However, when we chose somewhere, we were told to move as the staff were setting the tables for dinner. However, this area was not closed as other areas were. I did not think the waiter was polite.

All fine, but cleanliness issues.

Pleasant room, friendly staff, the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, and with easy access to public transportation just a short walk away, you can explore the surroundings effortlessly.

I cant fault the hotel. Standfard room is firstclass. Housekeeping is generous. Plumbing perfect. We will be recomending this hotel for every occasion.

The location of the hotel is good, near shopping areas and beach. Public transport is available too!

Hotel was comfortable quiet and has very good dining facilities. Great for a family getaway and close to the beach.

Not value for money as the room is small and the view is restricted by Q1 building across the road.

We loved the spacious room and the delicious breakfast buffet. Staying with our family, including our beloved pet, was enjoyable as there were plenty of options to keep the kids entertained. The quick room service was a nice touch too!

My kids wished for a larger bed to sleep more comfortably.

Our room was in need ofn a face lift it looked really tired, the basin in the bathroom was cracked and the shower over the bath had a shower curtain,We paid $165 for the night and had a shower curtain there is nice glass panels these days that would look better. The room was really small and we got 2 beds and we didn.t book that. It was for our anniversary and we thought we would get something a little nicer.

It's fantastic location, only 5 mins walk to either the beach or the town center.

If the spa could open for a little bit longer would be excellent, after all days travel to those interesting places, we returned to hotel arround 5pm each day, almost have no time to do the day spa :(
